Analog input based motor control can be configured by setting SPEED_MODE to 00b. In this mode, the duty command (DUTY_CMD) varies with the analog voltage input (VSPEED/WAKE) on the SPEED/WAKE pin or DACOUT/SOx/SPEED_ANA pin (configurable via DAC_SOX_ANA_CONFIG). When 0 < VSPEED/WAKE < VEN_SB, DUTY_CMD is set to zero. When VEN_SB < VSPEED/WAKE < VANA_FS, DUTY_CMD varies linearly with VSPEED/WAKE as shown in Figure 7-8 . When VSPEED/WAKE > VANA_FS, DUTY_CMD is clamped to 100%.
With DACOUT/SOx/SPEED_ANA pin used as the analog control input, the SLEEP/WAKE pin can be independently used to control the sleep or standby entry and exit as described in Table 7-6.
