7.1 Overview

The TLV4H290-SEP and TLV4H390-SEP devices are quad channel Space Grade Enhanced Products, micro-power comparators with push-pull and open-drain outputs and low input offset voltage. Operating down to 1.65V while only consuming only 25µA per channel. The radiation hardened TLVLV4H290-SEP and TLV4390-SEP are designed for low orbit and space applications. Fault-tolerant inputs can tolerate input transients up to the absolute maximum voltage without damage or false outputs.
