9.3.3 Thermal Shutdown

When the device temperature reaches TSD, R, the device shuts itself off to prevent thermal damage. After the device cools off to TSD,F, it turns back on. If the device is kept in a thermally stressful environment, then the device oscillates between these two states until it can keep its temperature below the thermal shutdown point.
