Configuration Channel Pins CC1 and CC2

The TPS25820/21 devices have two pins, CC1 and CC2 that serve to detect an attachment to the port and resolve cable orientation. These pins are also used to establish the current broadcast to a valid sink and configure VCONN (TPS25820 only).
