7.2.2.8 Soft-Start Capacitor (SS Pin)

This example uses a 1ms soft-start time and the required external capacitance can be calculated with Equation 35. In this design, a 39nF capacitor is used as this value is the nearest standard value.

A minimum capacitor value of 10nF is required at the SS pin. The SS capacitor must use the AGND pin for the ground.
