9.2.1.6 Calculate Input Capacitance

NOTE

Input voltage ripple (ΔVIN-PP) must not exceed 10% of the input voltage (VIN) or 2 V, whichever is lower.

For example, VIN = 50 V, 50 x 0.1 = 5 V; the maximum ΔVIN-PP remains 2 V.
