7.3.12.1 Input Voltage Measurement: VINx

The VINx ADC input is a measurement of the VINx pin voltage. The VINx pin voltage is internally attenuated by 0.037 to achieve an 8-bit conversion ratio of 65/255 (V/dec). The CHxVIN register is updated based on the 8 MSBs of ADC conversion. The last 2 LSBs are ignored. The contents of the register provide diagnostics of input power supply or, in many applications, the pre-regulator boost converter output voltage.
