ADC Core

The ADC12DLx500 consists of a total of six ADC cores. The cores are interleaved for higher sampling rates and swapped on-the-fly for calibration as required by the operating mode. In dual-channel mode each ADC channel is two-way interleaved. In single-channel mode the ADC is four-way interleaved. This section highlights the theory of operation and key features of the ADC cores.
