9.3.3 Image Display Issues
There are three steps to displaying an image on the DMD, each of which can cause an image to fail to display correctly or in some case not at all. These steps are:
- Present Data to DLPC410 – Pattern data generated by the users device.
- Load Data to the DMD – The DLPC410 loads data into the attached DMD CMOS memory array.
- Issue Reset (MCP) – A Reset pulse (MCP) is issued to block(s) to change the state of the micromirrors based on the data loaded in step two. See Mirror Clocking Pulse (MCP).
