9 Power Supply Recommendations

The DRV10866 is designed to operate from an input voltage supply, VCC, range from 1.65 V to 5.5 V. The user must place a 2.2-μF ceramic capacitor rated for VCC as close as possible to the VCC and GND pin. If the power supply ripple is more than 100 mV, in addition to the local decoupling capacitors, a bulk capacitance is required and must be sized according to the application requirements. If the bulk capacitance is implemented in the application, the user can reduce the value of the local ceramic capacitor to 220 nF.
