7.3.1 Enabling the LM36274

The LM36274 has a logic level input HWEN which serves as the master enable/disable for the device. When HWEN is low the device is disabled, the registers are reset to their default state, the I2C bus is inactive, and the device is placed in a low-power shutdown mode. When HWEN is forced high the device is enabled, and I2C writes are allowed to the device.
