8.2.1.2.6 CBOOT

The LMQ664x0-Q1 has an integrated bootstrap 0.1-μF capacitor connected internally between the BOOT pin and the SW pin. This capacitor stores energy that is used to supply the gate drivers for the power MOSFETs. If needed, an additional high-quality ceramic capacitor can be added externally.
