3 概要

LMR36015S レギュレータは、使いやすい同期整流降圧 DC/DC コンバータです。ハイサイドとローサイドのパワー MOSFET を内蔵しており、4.2V～60V の広い入力電圧範囲にわたって最大 1.5A の電流を出力できます。耐性は最大 66V に及びます。この過渡耐性によって、過電圧保護と、IEC 61000-4-5 のサージ耐性要件を満たすために必要な設計作業が少なくなります。

LMR36015S はピーク電流モード制御を採用し、最適な効率と出力電圧精度を実現しています。1MHz レギュレータの FPWM 機能により負荷過渡性能が向上します。高精度のイネーブルを使うと、幅広い入力電圧と直接接続でき、またデバイスのスタートアップとシャットダウンを精密に制御できるため、設計の柔軟性を高めることができます。パワー・グッド・フラグと内蔵のフィルタ処理および遅延により、システムの実際の状態を示すことができ、外部スーパバイザが不要になります。
