PRODUCTION DATA.
The Texas Instruments MSP430FR697x(1), MSP430FR687x(1), MSP430FR692x(1), and MSP430FR682x(1) family of ultra-low-power microcontrollers consists of several devices featuring different sets of peripherals. The architecture, combined with seven low-power modes is optimized to achieve extended battery life for example in portable measurement applications. The devices features a powerful 16-bit RISC CPU, 16-bit registers, and constant generators that contribute to maximum code efficiency. The devices are microcontroller configurations with up to five 16-bit timers, a comparator, eUSCIs that support UART, SPI, and I2C, a hardware multiplier, an AES accelerator, DMA, an RTC module with alarm capabilities, up to 52 I/O pins, and a high-performance 12-bit ADC. The MSP430FR6xxx(1) devices also include an LCD module with contrast control for displays with up to 116 segments.
