8.1 Application Information

The TPS12130-Q1 is a 45V low IQ smart high side driver with protection and diagnostics. With wide operating voltage range of 3.5V–40V and features such as low power mode with automatic load wakeup functionality, short circuit protection the device is suitable for 12V power distribution system designs. The device can also withstand and protect the loads from negative supply voltages down to –40V.
