10.3.18 Thermal Shutdown

The device has an internal overtemperature shutdown threshold, TSD, to protect the device from damage and overall safety of the system. When device temperature exceeds TSD, the LD_GD pin is pulled low, and the buck regulator stops switching. The device attempts to power-up when die temperature decreases by approximately 20°C.
