8.2.3 Monitoring Microcontroller with a Latching Window Watchdog Timer - Design 3

A safety critical application for the TPS3430-Q1 is shown in Figure 8-9. The TPS3430-Q1 is used to monitor the activity of the microcontroller via the WDI pin and upon a watchdog fault, this design latches the WDO pin until the device VDD drops below VDD (min).
