VOUT_SCALE_MONITOR indicates how VOUT scaling should be done if the external feedback resistor option is selected via MSEL1 pinstrap. VOUT_SCALE_MONITOR is set to VOUT_SCALE_LOOP when an internal feedback resistor is used and this command is then read only. If an external feedback resistor divider is selected, the user must select a value for VOUT_SCAL_MONITOR, which will then be used internall in place of the VOUT_SCALE_LOOP value.
