3 概要

TPS92200 は 1.5A の同期整流降圧 LED ドライバで、最大入力電圧は 30V です。TPS92200 は、ハイサイドとローサイドの NMOS スイッチを統合することで、超小型ソリューション・サイズで高電力密度と高効率を実現します。TPS92200 デバイスは、ピーク電流モード制御と完全な内部補償を採用しており、広範な動作条件にわたって高い過渡応答性能を実現します。

TPS92200 デバイスは、フレキシブルな調光方式をサポートしています。TPS92200D1 は、PWM とアナログの両方の調光モードを実装しています。PWM 調光モードでは、PWM のデューティ・サイクルに応じて LED が周期的にオンまたはオフになります。このデバイスのアナログ調光モードは、アナログ入力の電圧レベルに比例して内部基準電圧を 5%～100% の範囲で変化させることにより行われます。TPS92200D2 には、より深いアナログ調光が実装されており、このモードでは PWM 信号入力のデューティ・サイクルに比例して内部基準電圧を 1%～100% の範囲で変化させて調光します。

安全と保護のために、TPS92200 デバイスには、LED 開放、LED+ と GND の短絡、LED 短絡、センス抵抗開放と短絡、デバイス過熱保護など、完全な保護機能が実装されています。
