3 概要

UCD7100 デバイスは、 高速ローカル・ピーク電流制限保護を必要とするデジタル制御技術を使用するアプリケーション向けのデジタル制御互換ドライバ UCD7000 ファミリの製品です。

UCD7100 は、ローサイド ±4A 高電流 MOSFET ゲート・ドライバです。このドライバにより、UCD9110 や UCD9501 などのデジタル・パワー・コントローラがシングルエンド・トポロジで出力段へインターフェイスできます。プログラム可能なスレッショルドを備えたサイクル単位の電流制限機能と、ホスト・コントローラによる監視が可能なデジタル出力電流制限フラグを備えています。このドライバは、高速な 25ns のサイクル単位電流制限保護機能により、デジタル・システムが時間内に障害状態に応答できない場合には出力段をオフにできます。
