9.4.2 Operation With V(VIN) < 5 V (Minimum V(VIN))

The devices operate with input voltages above 5 V. The devices start working when V(VIN) > 4 V, but while 4 V < V(VIN) < 5 V, the devices shield all the fault status. With fault status shielded, if any fault occurs the devices may not report the fault and take the correct action.
