9.6.1 Configuration and Status Registers

The device has two 8-bit registers (configuration and status) that are accessible through the I2C interface using the RREG and WREG commands. After power-up or reset, both registers are set to the default values (which are all 0). All register values are retained during power-down mode. Table 8 shows the register map of the two registers.
