7.4.1 Shutdown Mode

The EN pin provides electrical ON and OFF control for the TPS562231. When VEN is below its threshold (1.13 V typically), the device is in shutdown mode. The switching regulator is turned off and the quiescent current drops to 2.0 µA typically. The TPS562231 also employ VIN under voltage lock out protection. If VIN voltage is below its UVLO threshold (3.6 V typically), the regulator is turned off.
