8.3.3.2.3 VBUS UVLO

The TPS65994AD monitors Px_VBUS voltage and detects when it falls below VVBUS_UVLO. When the UVLO condition is detected, Px_GATE_VBUS is disabled within tPx_GATE_VBUS_RCP. When the UVLO condition is cleared, Px_GATE_VBUS is re-enabled within tPx_GATE_VBUS_ON.
