VCC OVP Protection

An internal current limited clamp on the VCC pin protects the VCC pin and clamps the gate drive output voltage when the voltage applied to the VCC pin exceeds the recommended max voltage. The clamp has maximum sink current IVCCclamp. If the current going through the VCC shunt exceeds IVCCclamp, this will result in in the further increase in the VCC pin voltage crossing VCCOVP. If this occurs UCC25660X will immediately move to FAULT condition and retry after the 1s fault idle time.
