2.1 Test Overview

The TPS7H2201-QMLP was tested according to MIL-STD-883, Test Method 1019.9. For this testing, Condition A was used. For Condition A, the product was irradiated up to target radiation level and then put through full electrical parametric testing on the production Automated Test Equipment (ATE). All devices were fully functional, and passed all electrical parametric tests with the readings within the data-sheet electrical specification limits.
