9 Power Supply Recommendations

The TPD1S414 is designed to receive power from a USB VBUS rail. It can operate normally (nFET ON) between a minimum of 3.5 V and a maximum of 5.9 V, well exceeding the USB device VBUS voltage range of 4.4 V to
5.5 V. Place a capacitor with a minimum capacitance of 1 µF across system voltage range, system temperature range, and capacitor variation as close as possible to the VBUS_CON pin on the PCB.
