Introduction

The TPSM8287AxxxxxEVM enables evaluation of the TPSM8287Axx power module in a typical, stand-alone, step-down converter application. The TPSM8287Axx are high-efficiency, high-accuracy, small and thin point-of-load (POL) power modules in applications such as the core supply for FPGAs, ASICs, DDR memory, optical modules, storage, test and measurement, and other space-limited applications.
