Appendix: ELDRS TID Report Data

This appendix provides the DRV8351-SEP TID ELDRS report. The report shows the variation for each parameter up to 30krad(Si). The parameters showing a ratio of LDR/HDR greater than 1.5 is due to the resolution and repeatability of the measurements on the ATE tester and is not a concern for the ELDRS study.
