8.3.1.4 VBUS Transition to VSAFE0V

When VBUS transitions to almost 0 V (VSAFE0V), the pulldown circuit in Figure 9 turns on until VBUS reaches VSAFE0V. This transition occurs within the time, TSAFE0V.
