8.3.1.1.4 PP_5V UVLO

If the PP5V pin voltage falls below its undervoltage lock out threshold (VPP5V_UVLO) while PP_5V is enabled, then PP_5V is disabled within tPP_5V_uvlo and the port that had PP_5V enabled enters into the Type-C ErrorRecovery state.
