9.2.1 Type C DFP Port Implementation with Embedded Controller

Figure 9-1 shows a Type-C DFP implementation where the TPS25814 is connected to an embedded controller. The embedded controller will have the ability to communicate with the TPS25814 via I2C, as well as change the charge current advertisement and BC 1.2 charging scheme.
