Device Information

Th purpose of the TPS6287B25EVM-024 is to support the evaluation of the TPS6287Bx device family. The TPS6287B10, TPS6287B15, TPS6287B20 and TPS6287B25 are a family of pin-to-pin 10-A,15-A, 20- A, 25-A synchronous step-down DC/DC converters with I2C interface and differential remote sense. All devices offer high efficiency and ease of use. The devices can operate in stacked mode to deliver higher output currents or to spread the power dissipation across multiple devices.

The I2C compatible interface offers several control, monitoring and warning features, such as voltage monitoring and temperature related warnings. Devices can operate in power-save mode for maximum efficiency, or forced-PWM mode for best transient performance and lowest output voltage ripple. The default start-up voltage is resistor selectable through the VSET1 and VSET2 pins.
