4.3.1 ESD Test Setup

  • Discharge network of ESD gun: 150pF and 330ohms
  • DUT and LP need to be 80cm above earth ground
  • DUT and LP are separated by 10cm
  • Insulator sheet is required between DUT and LP to table ground
  • 1Mohms connection between table ground and earth ground
