19.1 Top Layer – Signal - Area Underneath the OMAP35x

Things to notice on this layer:

  • No traces between BGA pads
  • The thin traces are all 3mil width
  • Thick traces are 10mils
  • The VIP are blind and go from 1-2 or 1-3 only. There are no buried vias.
