A Send Interrupt descriptor will cause the VPDMA to generate an interrupt on the list manager controlled interrupts as specified by the Source Field. The list will not stall on this descriptor. For example, if source is 0 then control_descriptor_int0 will fire. If source is 12, then control_descriptor_int12 will fire.
