On the CM subsystem, the RAMs have different characteristics. Some are:
All these RAMs are highly configurable to achieve control for write access and fetch access from different masters. On the CM subsystemm, only E0 RAMs are enabled with the ECC feature (both data and address). All other RAMs (including MSGRAMs) are enabled with the PARITY (both data and address) feature. C0 and C1 RAMs can be configured as secure RAM. Each RAM has its own controller which takes care of the access protection/security related checks and ECC/Parity features for that RAM. Figure 41-5 shows the configuration of these RAMs.
