3 Device Markings

Figure 3-1 and Figure 3-2 provide examples of the 2802x device markings and define each of the markings. The silicon revision can be determined by the symbols marked on the top of the package as shown in Figure 3-1 and Figure 3-2 (see Table 3-1). Some prototype devices may have markings different from those illustrated. Figure 3-3 and Figure 3-4 show the device nomenclature.
