The cold-junction compensation starts with a voltage measurement as shown in Equation 26.
The resulting voltage is then converted to a temperature. Table 2-1 shows a table for temperature given the output voltage of LMT70. Use this table be used to construct a piece-wise linear plot of temperature versus output voltage of the device.
