Image Cropping Start X position (bits 7:0).
The Image Cropping Start X position indicates the horizontal starting position for the portion of the video line to forward. Pixels prior to the start X position will not be forwarded, replaced with blank (DE is de-asserted). Pixel positions range from 0 to N-1, where N is the line length in pixels.
