MCU_OSC0_XI / MCU_OSC0_XO has specific routing requirements. See the Clock Routing Guidelines section of the device-specific data sheet. The clock routing guidelines are same for AM62x processor family and processor-specific data sheet will be updated in the next revision to include these guidelines.
