1.1.1 Application note for processor families

The application note covers AM623, AM625, AM625SIP, AM620-Q1, AM625-Q1, AM62A3, AM62A7, AM62A3-Q1, AM62A7-Q1, AM62D-Q1, AM62P and AM62P-Q1 processor families.

Note:

It is OK to follow the AM62Ax schematic design guidelines and review checklist for AM62Dx family of processors except for the DPI peripheral section that is not supported by AM62Dx family of processors.

The application note covers the schematic design guidelines and review checklist for the above family of processors. Application note for family of processors makes it easy to understand implementation differences when migrating from one family of processor to another family of processors or from one processor package to another package.

For processor family specific schematic design guidelines and review checklist refer below sections. Recommendation is to always use the processor family specific application note when design the board with a specific selected processor.
