OSPI

The AM261x LaunchPad has two 64Mb OSPI Flash memory devices. IS25LX256-LHLE is connected to the OSPI0 interface. MX25UW6445GXDQ00 IS connected to the OPSI1 interface of the AM261x SoC. The AM261x LaunchPad also has an OSPI Flash expansion connector which is connected to the OSPI1 interface. The OSPI peripheral supports single data rates and double data rates with memory speeds up to 166MHz. The OSPI flash is powered by the 1.8V system supply.
