VREF current consumption of ADC is random at powerup

Details:

VREF current consumption is high (1.6 mA)after PORZ and goes low after enabling the ADC via MMR.

The initial current consumption is random at each PORZ cycle.

Workaround(s):

Never disable the ADC without resetting the DTC.
