概要

TI の IC とリファレンス・デザインは、効率的かつ包括的な保護機能を搭載した交流 (AC) ドライブ向け電力段モジュールの製作に役立ちます。TI のアナログ製品と組込みプロセッシング製品を使用すると、モーター制御能力を改良し、各種 IEC 規格が課す絶縁と EMC (電磁適合性) の要件を上回ることができます。

設計要件

AC ドライブ向け電力段モジュールの一般的な要件：

  • 保護機能を搭載し、高い CMTI (同相過渡耐性) を達成する、非絶縁型と絶縁型のゲート・ドライバ。
  • センサレス動作でのトルク制御に適した電流と電圧の高精度センス。
  • 短絡や貫通電流の事象に対処する、信頼性の高い過電流保護機能。
  • 厳格なレギュレーションを達成する、高効率の非絶縁型電源と絶縁型電源。
