The PMP30082 reference design shows two stage power supply. The first stage is a fly-buck topology that converts an input of 48V-72V to a primary output voltage of 12V with a maximum load current of 250mA and to an isolated secondary output voltage of 24V with a load current of 160mA. Two Buck converters are connected to the primary 12V rail. One generates 5V with 400mA load current, the other one generates 3.3V with 100mA load current.
