Overview

The TPS22965N device is a single channel low RON load switch with an operating voltage range of 0.8 V to 5.7 V. The TPS22965N supports up to 6 A of maximum continuous current.

Features
  • Input voltage range: 0.8 V to 5.7 V
  • VBIAS voltage range: 2.5 V to 5.7 V
  • Input current: 0 A to 6 A
  • External capacitors for configurable rise time
  • Access to the VIN, VOUT and ON pins
  • VIN and VOUT sense pins to measure the voltage drop from VIN to VOUT and calculate the resistance
