Overview
The VAR-SOM-AM62 is a system on module (SOM) / computer on module (COM), combining a high-performance CPU, reduced power consumption and graphics capabilities. The SOM is a solution for industrial embedded products and power-sensitive edge devices and is powered by the 1.4-GHz Quad Cortex™-A53 TI AM625x with 400-MHz Cortex-M4F and 333-MHz PRU real-time co-processors.
This highly integrated platform’s connectivity options include certified single or dual-band WiFi, BT/BLE5.2, 3x CAN Bus, dual Gb ethernet, audio, camera in and dual USB. The platform supports full -40°C to 85°C industrial operating temperatures, integrated GPU graphics acceleration engine and dual LVDS display interface.
The VAR-SOM-AM62 is compatible with the VAR-SOM pin2pin family, which provides maximum scalability and leading-edge capabilities.
