Release Information

The DDR margin firmware and supporting scripts allow visualization and measurement of system margin in the DDR interface on board. These tools enable probe-less measurement of critical data signals to understand the integrity and robustness of the interface.

What's new

  • This is a hotfix for an issue affecting AM62A/AM62P users of the python post-processing script.
    • Issue: The script would error out before the AM62A/AM62P log has been processed. 
  • NO firmware changes in this hotfix. All previous firmware logs from all devices (AM64x/AM62x/AM62A/AM62P) can be used with the latest python script.
  • Updated the readme.txt to clarify the M4F power requirement for specifically AM62x.
