ADC-RTD-CONFIG-CALC
Calculadora de configuración de detectores de temperatura por resistencia (RTD) para ADC de precisió
ADC-RTD-CONFIG-CALC
Información general
This resistance temperature detector (RTD) configuration calculator is a Microsoft® Excel-based tool that helps the user identify a system solution for an RTD application. Two-, three- and four-wire RTD configurations are shown by default, with options for a high-side or low-side reference resistor and one or two integrated digital-to-analog converter (IDAC) current sources for the three-wire RTD.
Additionally, the calculator supports a wide variety of RTD types and precision analog-to-digital converters (ADCs). Use this calculator to select the reference and bias resistor values, IDAC current and gain setting for each configuration. Moreover, the calculator provides a first-order approximation of the total error to the help the user identify the largest error sources in the system.
Funciones
- Determine system parameters for up to five different RTD configurations
- Integrated algorithm optimizes reference and bias resistor values (macros must be enabled)
- Configure the system with any of the precision ADCs commonly used in RTD measurements
- Supports two-, three- and four-wire RTDs, as well as high-side and low-side reference resistors
- Choose from a wide variety of different RTD types, including Pt, Ni, Cu, and NiFe
- First-order error approximations before and after calibration
Empiece
- Download the calculator .zip file
- Extract and open the calculator
- Review how to use the calculator in the Instructions tab
- Enable macros (if applicable)
